If there's one thing I particularly appreciated, it's Chlo\u00e9's therapeutic approach, as she doesn't just address a person's issues by focusing on the physical and energetic body. She always makes the link to the psychological, and even to everyday life problems. These connections allow her to have a holistic view, and therefore the right approach to alleviating bodily ailments, as well as providing good advice on how to improve one's quality of life. Another very appreciable aspect of these sessions is that she always takes the time to explain what she is doing, and why, which, I find, easily establishes a trusting relationship. She is always very gentle and does everything to put us at ease. Also, I feel that this method, Chi Nei Tsang, requires at least several sessions to feel the benefits. In my case, after only the third session, I began to feel a real emotional stability settling in me, as well as a definite easing of the physical symptoms I was suffering from. Whether it is due to the effectiveness of this particular practice, or to Chlo\u00e9's therapeutic approach, or to both, I couldn't say! I felt as though all my organs had been kneaded and deeply touched... a sort of powerful 'stripping' that caused me a good bout of aerophagia. But I didn't feel anything uncomfortable, I just felt a bit shaken and had a good, deep sleep following the treatment.\nThe following sessions were gentler, but I have the impression that the 'stripping' operation continued throughout the 5 sessions, bringing my internal organs back into phase with each other and with themselves. Each time I left feeling very relaxed and less and less shaken.
