Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any order placed on the e-commerce website chloe-oliver.com implies acceptance of the following general conditions, without reservation. You are therefore invited to read them carefully.
Preamble:
The website chloe-oliver.com, referred to in the following articles as «the site», is an e-commerce space, accessible at the following address https://chloe-oliver.com . This website offers remote ordering of multimedia content (CDs, MP3s, etc.).
The term «customer(s)» herein refers to any adult individual who places an order on the website. chloe-oliver.com and order a delivery.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) described below aim to clarify the contractual relationship between the BOCHINTSA association and its customers, in accordance with distance selling regulations.

3. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale:
The General Terms and Conditions will be valid as long as they are online and may be updated by a decision of the BOCHINTSA association, without prior notification to customers. All versions of the General Terms and Conditions will be archived by the BOCHINTSA association so that, in the event of a dispute, the BOCHINTSA association and the customer can refer to the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order was placed.
By accepting these T&Cs before placing any order, clients of the BOCHINTSA association agree, in particular, to:
- to make their purchases for strictly personal needs and without any commercial purpose
- to have legal capacity to contract
4. Products:
4.1. Information and photographs
Thanks to the product sheets available on the website, customers can find out the main characteristics of each product, as communicated by their supplier. The product photograph is not contractual and provides the customer with a simple overview of the product they will receive. Indeed, the size and colour of BOCHINTSA association's products may differ slightly from the photos depending on the evolution of the packaging used.
4.2. Availability and Substitution
When certain products in the basket are unavailable at the time of order preparation, the BOCHINTSA association will contact the customer by phone or email to offer a substitution of their choice for an equivalent budget. If the BOCHINTSA association is unable to contact you, or if no substitution is desired by the customer:
The sum corresponding to the unavailable product(s) that have not been substituted will be issued as a credit to the customer via email, in the form of a promotional code. ;
The invoice sent by email to the client, after delivery or collection of the order from the BOCHINTSA association, will take into account any modifications made compared to the order placed online.
5. Ordering, price, and payment
To place an order, the customer must build their basket by selecting the products they wish to purchase and specifying the quantity. During their selection, the customer will see the price* of each item and the corresponding price* for the quantity they choose. Before validating their basket, they will have the option to modify their choices (types of items selected and quantities). Once their choices are finalised, the customer must accept the T&Cs to validate their basket.
The customer will then arrive on a new page where they will have to enter their delivery details, or modify them if necessary, should the fields be pre-filled thanks to their pre-created and logged-in account. Once their details have been entered and verified, they will be able to select the delivery location, and then see the total* to pay.
To confirm their order has been placed, the customer receives, from bienvenuechloe-olivercom , a summary email of their order with the selected products, their quantities, prices*, and delivery address.
* All prices shown on the website are in euros, inclusive of VAT. (all taxes included). They will be able to discuss the decision of the BOCHINTSA association. The customer will be billed according to the prices in force at the time of the validation of their order.
The BOCHINTSA association reserves the right to refuse an order to a customer with a history of outstanding orders on the site:
- arrears of payment,
- frauds or attempted frauds,
- or else repeated difficulties during distribution.
6. Delivery:
6.1. Areas served and tariffs
The distribution area of the BOCHINTSA association is only limited by shipping possibilities.
The customer must be present, or represented, to receive their order at the address they specified when placing their order.
The order will be available at the earliest one to two working days after it has been registered. The order is prepared the day before distribution.
Deliveries announced by the BOCHINTSA association are valid under normal service conditions, but may be disrupted by road accidents, weather incidents or demonstrations requiring diversions: the BOCHINTSA association will not compensate its customers in the event of any delays.
6.2. Damaged or incomplete order
If the order received is damaged or incomplete (deteriorated packaging, missing or damaged products), the customer must report it:
to the BOCHINTSA association at the time of distribution, by telephone on 06 13 60 72 62 or by email: bienvenuechloe-olivercom or by email: bienvenue@chloe-oliver.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can arrange for the replacement of the products or containers covered by the complaint. The BOCHINTSA association may ask the customer for further details and photographs to verify and substantiate the complaint. If the complaint is deemed valid, the BOCHINTSA association will arrange for the replacement of the damaged items or organise a refund, depending on the customer’s preference.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Reimbursement
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their legal right of withdrawal and inform the BOCHINTSA association of their intention to return all or part of their order, at their own expense, to obtain a refund for the value of the returned products (excluding return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer).
The products returned to the BOCHINTSA association must be:
- in their original condition, meaning perfectly resalable (unopened, and with no damage to the packaging),
- accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice endorsed with the handwritten remark «approved for return»,
- addressed to the following address: 1830 route du Palem, locality Bonnefond – 24470 Saint Saud Lacoussière
Following verification of the invoice associated with the returned products and their condition (identical to their original state), the BOCHINTSA association will issue a refund to the customer, via the same payment method used by the customer, within 14 days of receiving the returned products at the latest.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer who placed the order, which means that if the order is distributed to a different person, that person cannot exercise this right.
8. Responsibility
The BOCHINTSA association is exempt from all responsibility if its services are degraded for reasons beyond its control such as stock shortages, climate incidents, accidents or breakdowns, customer entry errors. The BOCHINTSA association cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, particularly IT or material damages, which may arise from the purchase of products.
9. Applicable rights and disputes
French law governs this contract which is drawn up in French.
For any difficulties or complaints related to an order from the BOCHINTSA association, customers are advised to contact the BOCHINTSA association. bienvenuechloe-olivercom or 06 13 60 72 62) to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle disputes relating to orders placed on the website.
