Chi Nei Tsang
Seat of all our emotions, our stomach is referred to in Chinese medicine as the first "brain" of our body. He is the main guardian of our immunity, of our longevity and our health directly depends on the coordinated and harmonious functioning between our two brains. Chi Nei Tsang literally means "Working on the energy of internal organs". It is a holistic approach to massage, originating from ancient Taoist China. It regenerates internal organs through the abdomen and aims to restore well-being and joy of living by freeing the stomach. It is applied preventively and curatively and helps release negative energies accumulated in our womb since childhood and sometimes even from fetal life.
Chi Nei Tsang integrates aspects physical, mental, emotional and spiritual!
- Detoxic
- Improves digestion, metabolism and regulates transit
- Restructures and strengthens the overall body
- Develops self-awareness.
- Digests emotions and rebalances organ energy.
Another distinctive feature is that the client actively participates in the session by practicing conscious, deep breathing and using traditional sounds. The organs are powerfully stimulated, which has the effect of inviting us to a deep, healing, and regenerating relaxation of the body. Each session is a unique journey, its effects can sometimes be felt for a few hours. For example, through a sensation of vitality in the abdomen, the body thus signifies the benefits it is deriving.
Chloé perfectly masters the art of being both attentive to the person being massaged and fully present to what their body is expressing.
I can only suggest to interested individuals that they complete the cycle of 5 sessions within a reduced timeframe so that the body can deeply integrate the energetic transformations induced by this practice.
